Even when I asked to speak with someone else who could help me(cause I thought maybe the customer service rep was very limited on options to make things right) I was treated as an idiot, when you guys messed up. OGABEL.COM Response: FALSE: The claim that we "Promised her that it would be EXACTLY the same" as the one bought many years ago; is untrue. Customer was told that the customer is always right, that we understand and would accept the tee being returned for a refund. Not sure why she sounds so angry. Although it is original ART that we re-print, we cannot reproduce the exact original tee released many years ago.
