SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

Shipping Within the 48 Continental USA & APO:

Free Shipping on Orders $75 or over (USA CONTINENTAL ONLY)

Continental Shipping Options*:

- USPS First Class Mail (approx. 5 - 7 business days for delivery)
- USPS Priority Mail (approx. 2 - 4 business days for delivery)
- FedEx Ground/Home Delivery (approx. 1 - 5 business days depending on destination)
- FedEx Priority Overnight (approx. 1 day from shipment date)

 

*If you need your package by a specific date please provide that information in the comments section (extra charges may apply).

*FedEx does not ship to any Po Box addresses.

*Orders usually ship within 24 hrs of the purchase date and time. This does not include weekends.  

 

*Shipping method is determined by the weight of the package. For example, an order for one tee or item (less than 0.13 oz) will ship through USPS First Class Mail. Whereas, an order for two tees or items (greater than 0.13 oz) will ship through USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

 

 *Signature Confirmation: 

*All orders over $50 going to apt, suites, trailer etc. will require a signature upon delivery. 

*Canvas orders will also require a signature.

*Please note that if the package is not claimed and is sent back to our facility a shipping fee will apply to ship the package back.

 

 

 

Shipping Within the Non-Continental USA:
All other states excluding the 48 Continental USA addresses are subject to a shipping rate. The cost of shipping is determined at the time of checkout.  

Non- Continental Shipping Options:
- USPS First Class Mail (approx. 7 - 14 business days for delivery)
- USPS Priority Mail (approx. 3 - 7 business days for delivery)
- Expedited shipping is available (extra charges may apply for service)


Address Verification:
OGABEL will only ship orders to the billing details, unless otherwise noted by customer. This will be approved by our shipping department after verification.
We reserve the right to contact customers regarding orders to verify “Billing and Shipping details” prior to shipment. Please be sure to provide us with a correct email address and phone number when placing your order.
Orders may be delayed if our shipping department is unable to reach our customers and verify the necessary details.

If you would like a different method of shipping other than (USPS First Class or Priority Mail), please let us know in the “Comments” section of your 
order or email us at support@ogabel.com with your order number.
Our shipping department will contact you before your order is shipped to notify you of any postage upgrade costs that may apply

Lost, Missing or Delayed Packages

Once your order has left our warehouse, OGABEL cannot be held responsible for any lost, delayed or missing packages. We can however, help you contact the shipping carrier to file an investigation for the package.

RETURN POLICY

OGABEL only permits the return of products due to an OGABEL
shipping or order processing error. If you have received an incorrect product due to an OGABEL shipping or order processing error, please use the following return process:

1. Please contact OGABEL customer service at (909) 606-2400 to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
RMA request must be made within 10 business days of receipt of the product in accordance with OGABEL's return policy (noted above).
2. If the RMA is approved, a RMA number will be issued. The support representative will also provide you with information on how to return the product to OGABEL.
3. In order to speed up the process, the product must be returned back to our warehouse within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA.
4. Please include the original shipping label or note with your FULL NAME and ORDER NUMBER. You will be notified when your return is addressed via email or phone to the information provided during the transaction.

 

All Returns Must:

  • NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED OR DAMAGED
  • Have ALL tags attached
  • We CANNOT accept returns that have deodorant stains, smell like cigarette smoke, cologne or perfume, have animal hair on them, or show any kind of wear or tear
  • All returns MUST be in the original packaging

 

OGABEL Recommends You To:

  • Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns
  • Insure your package for safe return to OGABEL or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
  • Apply the proper postage to your return package – no COD’s will be accepted.

If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Without tracking, OGABEL is not responsible for lost or missing returns. Please note, United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is
a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

Please Note: OGABEL is not responsible for RETURN SHIPPING COST on any returns or exchanges unless the fault is ours.

Defective Items
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any OG ABEL Collection branded product, please contact OGABEL customer service at (909) 606-2400.
Defective products must be reported within 3 business days after receiving the items.
